ParticipantBreeze,
Clearly i dont have the market cornered on uncivilized comments around here. It’s pretty clear that your recollection is dead wrong. None of the Realtors on this board bought in the bubble and we all continue to dispense good sound advice to those willing to look at all sides of the market.I dont need to con anybody to buy. I have dozens of listings and they are selling without much problem at prices that make sense. I’ve got a property well under $200K on the market that can generate $2,000 per month in rents without any HOA or MR fees. If you think thats a bad deal, show me a better return on any financial instrument out there today.
The is nothing wrong with what Mr Mortgage does but dont take his word as the gospel. He is far from a neuttral, disinterested party. He tries to be contraversial because that generates traffic for his sites and money for his pockets. All the power to him.
How does that differ from what I do? Mr Mortgage does it for the money. I do this out of a sense of obligation to share what I have learned and to help others. I have never solicited one iota of business on this site. Of course, a good portion of the time I’m just f^&kin with y’all and having fun with a nice glass of Cabernet nearby. But, I think my body of work here over the last 3 years speaks for itself. I provided tons of data before Sandicor in its infinite wisdom changed our MLS system making it difficult if not impossible to continue the markets I was tracking. My predictions for the market in the NCC sub market have been spot on and this has played out exactly as I said it would in my area.
If nothing else, my tip on the 2005 Columbia Crest Reserve cab provided a stellar return to anyone that jumped on it. I even gave people a place they could call to order a case over the phone. You wont be able to find that wine anywhere and next year there is a good chance you’ll see it on the Cover of Wine Spectator in December.

ParticipantWhat ever his day job is, I bet he flies through air in his off hours in a spandex suit with TG proudly emblazened on his chest as a Super Hero.
BTW TG,
Please tell me you called the Wine Club and got some of that Columbia Crest. When my buddy went to pick mine up the next day, they still had stock.sdrealtor
