ParticipantEncinitas is pretty much no Mello Roos or high Mello Roos. The only place with MR that comes to mind is Encinitas Ranch and yes they are HIGH. All the otehr tracts were built pre-MR.
I live in South Carlsbad and you get the same schools, same location and access to all the same things. The only thing I dont get to do is write Encnitas, 92024 on my return address. pretty much everything I do and every where I go on a daily basis is in Encinitas and within 2 or 3 minutes of my driveway.

You left out the “and beyond” part. Its not just tech companies either. Give me a couple young attorneys, a new doc and sales guy. 12 buyers looking for new 2000 sq ft homes in 4S would do it. I’m not talking about hiring binges. Thats not alot of new people in a county of about 4,000,000.ParticipantCricket
