No worries at all. We should see activity slow down in the June/July timeframe. Hopefully some pricing will ease up then. The amount by which the pricing will decline will vary with each area.

As a buyer for a short sale you never deal with the bank. The bank only deals with the listing agent and then only when the owner of the home gives the bank express consent to work with the listing agent on the short sale.
