ParticipantLet the poster have his fun.
There is nothing provocative in what he says. I found it to be trivial at best.
Lets see…homeowners have higher incomes then renters… yes… so what… does that matter and do I care? How does that have any bearing at all on the housing decision and my personal decision to buy or sell? Does a renter in Beverly Hills have a higher income then a homeowner in Watts? Hmmm that is a tough one….
Does living in the beach beat living in El Cajon? Do guys that are 6 foot 2 get more hot chicks then pudgy red headed guys who have lisps?
These are all very tough questions and I believe on par with the question of renters or homeowners having higher incomes.
What the poster wanted was to come in and stir you all up and get your panties in a bunch. This is no different then other posters doing the exact same thing or posting about polls and such. Nothing to do but lets go get everyone fired up about something because I am not doing anything important this afternoon.

ParticipantAs I said in previous posts things are now in the stagnation stage. The active pending ratios in many areas are turning bearish. Finding recent sales becomes tougher for appraisers. As you stated what seemed like a deal may not seem so now. However when you did your analysis last month did you note the number of pendings in the area you looked at not just closed sales? At any rate it is moot. You should come to the realization that things are going to slow down.
