Lets see…homeowners have higher incomes then renters… yes… so what… does that matter and do I care? How does that have any bearing at all on the housing decision and my personal decision to buy or sell? Does a renter in Beverly Hills have a higher income then a homeowner in Watts? Hmmm that is a tough one….

Does living in the beach beat living in El Cajon? Do guys that are 6 foot 2 get more hot chicks then pudgy red headed guys who have lisps?

These are all very tough questions and I believe on par with the question of renters or homeowners having higher incomes.

As you stated what seemed like a deal may not seem so now. However when you did your analysis last month did you note the number of pendings in the area you looked at not just closed sales? At any rate it is moot. You should come to the realization that things are going to slow down.
