ParticipantYes the competition element is what kills and ultimately what forms support. So I agree lji. In Mira Mesa the poster will have no problem. In PQ they will find them as well but the home will be small.

ParticipantIt is also a tad colder in Austin then in SD in the winter.
However I agree with you guys that cash flowing opportunities abound for astute investors. To me it is a no brainer.

ParticipantI knew it looked familiar. Prairie Dog was a flip. They needed foundation work done to the home but the flip obviously went very well considering what they got for it originally.
Anyways yes you should be able to get the deal you are looking for and make sure that you get a good comp analysis done before you make the next offer. Sounds like you have made a wise decision to pass.

ParticipantYes on Mira Mesa. In PQ it will be more challenging at that price but depending on the size you are looking at it is doable. I will give you some details on Prairie Dog in a moment. That listing looks familiar. Some of the smaller 1400-1600 sf places are in that range in a few spots in PQ.
