It looks like it’s in one of the lower price neighborhoods in Austin based on Trulia’s heat map. And the neighborhood is the Windsor Hills neighborhood.

It also looks like it’s slightly above median in terms of rent prices, income, etc.

I’m not sure what the equivalent neighborhood would be in San Diego… but at least this gives you some more data points.
