ParticipantI picked up 2 clients from Redfin. They are potential buyers and liked Redfin but could never get a Redfin agent to show them homes. The idea of them having to have the listing agent show the home because Redfin would not worked some of the time.

ParticipantCash that is interesting indeed. It would pretty much REALLY suck if NAR did that… yet I don’t think it would surprise me.

I am not impressed with any of the news channels at all. I do think though that the investigative reporting arm of each of them does provide a useful purpose. I did think John Mattes (probably mispelled his name) of Fox 6 did some pretty good stories this past year but I am sure others did as well. I thought it was comical when the entire Suliman story was posted on this board the post turned into Fox’s sensationalism, *which I am not denying* rather then Sulimans criminal behavior.

BTW while everyone will keep banging on FOX I guess nobody cares to admit they were the ones who broke the Sam Sulliman fraud case. Or that they have broken other cases as well.

ParticipantMan it is so odd seeing that list… I was in some of these neighborhoods recently… jeez I freeking showed a client 18588 Locksley! In fact a few months back I posted about a home in RB where we submitted an offer in the asking range and got snubbed by the seller… Well you guessed it.. it was on Locksley. It did not burn like 18588 but it is still listed as active.
Also showed Lancashire… in fact…18551 Lancashire is PENDING… man that just takes the wind out of you…
