ParticipantFSD blows me out of the water on questions like this. Other guys like Surveyor and 4plex also are probably better versed. My short answer is that you may be able to do that. For instance many people who have rentals put them in S corps they establish for liability reasons and I would “think” that the transfer is made without a property tax change. I know that is not answering your question directly but I gotta give ya the ask a CPA answer….

ParticipantRay no comment on the quality of the chiro or not. However it took me a BIG hassle to get flex to pay for my wifes chiropractic treatment. All this pretty much depends on the flex administrator cuz a few years ago the administrator we had would pretty much take any treatment carte blanche. This admin however is a pain in the ass and we had to have a letter from my wifes primary authorizing the treatment or something to that effect. My advice is to check with the flex admin prior to getting the treatment.
