Participantwaiting for bottom Zillow is well… it is Zillow… you have a really good pulse on SEH and I your homework is much more legit then Zillow. I think this year will hammer SEH.
Newport Joe – Sunset Cliffs/Point Loma is filled with many long time homeowners. Simply by owning the homes for a long time has enabled them to achieve extreme appreciation. Were you on the Sunset Cliffs (ocean side) or were on the bay side?

I agree with you that it will be really interesting to see how this is dealt with over the next year. While many people want a recession and root for economic calamity simply so they can buy a home, I am not one of them. As much as I want affordable housing I do root for our economy. I do agree with you about the concern out there but it is something I know little about nor am exposed to.

I flipped the game on at about 8 and to my surprise the gmen actually were ahrad of the patsies in the 4th quarter. Of course 2 seconds after I swith it on I watch Moss wide open down the sidelines for a touchdown… game over…damn I hate the pats.

I am almost hoping we play the Brownies over the Titans next week. That freeking Haynesworth for the Titans is a damn beast. I guess we will no more tomorrow.

The point is that derivatives are all encompassing and have to do with pretty much…. well pretty much everything. Also I am far from the sky is falling type of poster and like to learn about things before I run and hide from them. To me, ACA, MBIA and Ambac falling apart is small potatoes but noteworthy. I was reading that Buffet will stick to insuring munis and safe stuff and will steer clear of the dung.

ParticipantBreeze I have heard of alot of other people doing this, not just people in the industry. Hey no recourse loans, why not right?
