ParticipantYes and equilibrium is that San Diego has always been well overpriced compared to pretty much everywhere else in the country.

ParticipantI found a few places online, HSA Resources and another one I think is First HSA or something like that. They all look okay. The ones that offer brokerage services usually have agreements with Ameritrade or other like brokerage houses. Nothing at Schwab or Scottrade though directly.

ParticipantTough game. The aztecs did not show poise down the stretch. The fact of the matter is that poor free throw shooting caught up with them as well. Desmond pretty much summed it up. I still believe Fish is an excellent coach and has done mircales with the program with respect to bringing it to uncharted ground.
Additionally on the pivotal UCON posession when the aztecs cut the lead to 1 with a little under 2 minutes left CLEARLY Walker travelled but it wasn’t called… shot goes up, doesn’t fall, state cannot get the rebound and it gets kicked out and UCON drains the 3. To me that killed them.
Also in no way, no how, no chance is KL ready for the pros. Guys who say this kid is a lottery pick are dead wrong. Easy for KL to get numbers in the Mountain West. However look at his game against east coast schools where defense is tough and he is pedestrian. I am not saying he is not a good player but no chance he is in the same boat with guys like Williams on Arizona and some other bigtime kids. Another year or two maybe… otherwise he will join Slaughter in Italy.

ParticipantNational Stablization Program. These are usually funds for buyers purchasing in low income areas. Some banks require that REO homes consider NSP offers first and foremost along with other potential types of buyers such as non profits.
I have seen REOs with offer guidelines like this so it is not out of the ordinary.
I would agree that offering significantly under the list price will get you nowhere. If the home had been on the market awhile then yes.
Lepetit you have to understand that with the poor inventory out there, if you are going to lowball you need to pick and choose. Lowballing something that has been on the market 2 days is not going to work. Now if it has been on the market a few months, then that is a different story.
