Rus I have no evidence of this but the trustee sales are still dominated by properties going back to the lenders.

I was going to comment on your statement about the trustee letting places go cheaper but I am not an expert on the process.

Well the one at 1489 was purchase back in late 03 for 675k and the more expensive one on Glencrest was purchased for 595k back in December of 02.

I think that SEH is going to catch a nice chunk down this next year.
