Participantyou know what this country needs? some really cool bike paths. If I were in charge, there would be a nice cross-country path, no, make that two, a northern crossing and a southern crossing, there would be a complex system paralleling freeways, we would have all kinds of big bicycle projects going. I am certain that the nation would be significantly better off when i was done. And it won’t even cost that much.
it would be awesome.

ParticipantI dug a few holes with a pickaxe and concur; pilates for core work highly unneccsary.
We’ve been swinging the indian clubs every day. It really opens the shoulders and all you skimpy computer types badly need open shoulders.

ParticipantWhile I acknowledge there are limits, I think America can produce 300 million ponies, although I’m not sure what the equine gestation period is, still, we are going to need shovels at the ready for the poop.

ParticipantWouldn’t there be bigtime pressure on appraisers to come in as low as possible. I’d gladly pay thrice the regular fee for the appraiser who comes in conservatively superlow.

ParticipantYou say tradition like it’s a bad thing.
Money itself only has value because we respect it, it is traditionally accepted.
The substance with the longest most widely accepted tradition of acceptance is gold.

ParticipantI come from a long family line of periodically sad people, some of us much worse than others. Booze is not the answer.
Lots of exercise sometimes takes some of the deep sadness off of it and leaves you like a tired dog.
I know it passes eventually.

ParticipantIt’s true right now, but sometimes it’s not. Gold endures, paper systems come and go, add a zero, change into euros, etc
why do central banks hold gold?

ParticipantThere is a 75 percent chance that someone you know will be swinging indian clubs on the next five years

ParticipantI would assign the probabilities at 37 percent that au dips below 1000 in the next five years and 58 percent that it exceeds 2750. There is a 10 percent chance it will exceed 3,300. And a four pecent chance it will be below 800.00.
Some time in the next 12 years I would say there is an 85 percent probability it will exceed 2500.00.
However I had trouble in calculus so I would ignore what I just wrote
