If I weren’t Jewish, priest might be been a cool job. Jesuit. Maybe just a plain monk. There’s no Jewish monks. You have to move out to another tradition and it’s hard what with inertia and your mom making you feel guilty.

The seals in La Jolla send a bad messafe. Just lay around squat on property, fuck, eat a fish sleep. Repeat. Federal law protects your right to hang out. Was there with my college kid and his GF. Is this really the message we want to give young people?
