It seems that anytime someone mentions the horrible, horrible numbers of foreclosures, especially on RealtyTrac, you jump in and pooh-pooh RTs figures. As if that will get a few Temeculeans paying their mortgage bill and save the next big drop in prices.
Really though, your kidding yourself. Take a look at that 3000 or so foreclosure figure RT shows for Temecula and add a thou.

I have a niece who had hers stolen by an illegal when she was under 16. She did not find out about it until applying for her first job. You have NO idea how much of a shitstorm this is. Basically she has to work to fix it. No help from nobody. Ain’t America great?
They told her who it is, where he lives and what he has been doing with her SS#. All good info until they tell you that they are not interested in fixing it for you, have a nice day 🙂
