The Ranch at Vista Grande (in El Cajon) is currently selling. I think they are doing 20 units. They have two floor plans, both single story (Plan 1 3,359spft) (Plan 2 3,702 sqft). These are on acre lots starting in the mid 700’s.

Participant4s is real hot right now. I don’t think you can bargain with the builders at this time, so bringing in an agent is not a bad idea. I would use an agent that is willing to give a rebate.
I would not bring in an agent if builder is willing to negotiate. You can negotiate the 3-4% directly with the builder since they are saving that much on commission. Sometimes you have to get concessions on upgrades or closing costs instead of direct price cuts, but you can still get the commission in one form or another.recordsclerk
