ParticipantIt is a great deal. You do need to qualify. Hybrid rental ownership situation. The tricky thing on these units is that it is all tied to payment. You are not going to make a lot buying and selling but in a high interest rate environment when rate go down the price you can sell goes up. In a low interest rate environment when rates go up the price you can sell for goes down.
