No, i’ve had nothing but good experiences with agents. I’m just asking a question that you appear afraid to answer. Maybe you are afraid your numbers don’t justify the fee you charge? What percent of asking price are your sales coming in at? 80%, 85%, 90%? Do you invest ANY money for your clients? Or just take 2-3% for posting it on MLS and helping to determine price?
