ParticipantThats hilarious!!
I went to Shona about two months ago since it is very close to my work (for the record i was not planning on buying–im not that stupid, but i was hoping one would come on the market as a rental) and the sales guy looked at me and my friends from work and told us they where “Completely sold out”. Im not sure if you could tell from our faces our demeanor that we were bubble sitters. . .it must have been the bubble sitter stench we were eminating from our pores. One of the guys I went with lives in santee and was looking to buy a condo at sky ranch about a year ago and when he inquired at the sales office he was told they were sold out! (with pre sales–apparently they had not been finished yet but had apperantly “pre-sold out”. Needless to say he is going to be glad he didnt persue it any further.
If it wasnt the bubble sitter stench it may have been a sale ploy by Lennar to weed out the weak, non koolaid drinking public and it may have worked during the peak but it sure dosent look like it is bearing any fruits lately.

ParticipantI am Mexican senor,
I have been there recently, the people above have some good input, particularly the VIP lounge idea, I think its great, Aeromexico also has one (it could be the same one) if you join thier member club. It may be worth it to join if you want to have a nicle place to pass the time during a layover. Here is a link to some general info:
http://www.aeropuertosmexico.com/Ingles/airports/dfe.htmalso I would not suggest going anywhere during that time chances are you will be stuck in traffic while trying to get somewhere and miss your flight.
My son is also going to Cancun with my brother and his family next week maybe you will run into them. have a good time its really beautiful and friendly.

ParticipantIt’s decietful, the robotic dog in your analogy does not “pretend” to be real or the least bit useful it is for entertaining purposes only. Zillow purposely (because they are financed by the housing industry) inflate the zestimate models to the high side. The models it uses for calculating the home “value” were designed during the upturn they do not account for lossess. Zillow is a joke, use with caution.
