I asked this before with no responses but is the Grand Del Mar only for resort guests or are memberships available? If so does anyone know how much? Any info on Carmel Valley is appreciated. Thanks….

Which is the best area there? Is the golf only for their resort or are memberships available; and at what cost. I heard that the Bridges has no mello-roos since the developers pre-paid. How does this affect the tax situation? Thanks again…

When you look at the homes themselves there seemed to be something out of sync. A few were nice, but again I didn’t see the value (recurring theme these days.) Haven’t seen the clubhouse or amenities; they were closed that day. Hated the street names. I guess I’m too young to remember all the Bob Hope movies. The overall feel of the place was less than other golf communities I’ve visited.
