ParticipantI thought the higher end was starting to unravel. This seems like the perfect place to watch. Away from the beach, all new construction, no mello roos, new money owners, and even during the peak was overpriced.
Only a few are listed as far as I can see with only 1 foreclosure. How many more in the making? Who really can afford 350k for a golf buy-in and $1500 per month (sure there are minimum monthly $ in the club to spend as well?) Even 4 years ago there were lots of resale memberships offered and no takers.
This could be fun to watch….
