And they’ve not been foreclosed. I know in Minnesota back in the late 80’s banks were letting people stay in homes if they’d keep them up and pay the utilities. Could we be entering this mode? ParticipantInteresting. This week, my local fish wrapper had twice the usual number of rental ads in it. And I’ve been tracking it for almost 2 years. Large increases in inventory is the first phase towards lower prices.
