    I’m starting to see more economic data that we could see a stock market correction to 1997 prices. This might bring the housing market back towards that position as well. Maybe by 2011?

    I saw a bunch back when they were trying to sell condo’s in SD. We may begin to signs of net migration out of the area. Or those foreclosures are turning into rental homes.

    The economic environment we’re headed into will not bode well for those that can be declared as scape goats. Tight money will create conservative politics. It alwasy does. Back lash is coming.
