You are correct that not everyone puts in that kind of time but many in the teaching profession do especially the ones that are innovative and get the best teacher ratings. There might be more than meets the eye here. Good location and it appears there were two lots (the other at 3226 Carleton). Unknown what the final price was for both lots however. I suspect it was more than the 265k.
