1) That Oil Spill isn’t over by a long shot, so the panhandle and gulf coast are very risky still.
2) Hurricanes.
3) #2 means insurance continues increasing in price.
The Redneck republicans may denounce global warming but the insurance actuaries are looking at real losses coming and have started jacking premiums.
I know people with 4X insurance increases. Insurance should be like property tax on an annual basis, instead it’s more like the mortgage for older homes.4) Floridians : Inbred, degenerates, half were pirates the other half were hard core confederates.
5) Global Warming, any seal level rise and the place is hosed. south florida is mostl everglades, if sea levels rise 3 feet, most of Florida will be swamp.
6) Habitat and ecological collapse, most of the ecology there is on the edge and ready to fail.
The everglades are awreck and the rest of the state isn’t much better.7) So all in all, i’d rather not be there.
