6. Mobile phones, and other devices are now becoming all sorts of tools and multiple use devices. Social networking is growing faster than anything anyone can imagine. The growth rates are beyond comprehension. This is where everything in the world is going from ordering food or reserving a car on Zip Car, to reading the news or anything. If you are over 30 you can’t grasp what is happening and how fast.
Thats crap. And as none of it’s monetized, what good is it?

ParticipantWhat this was is Judicial sanction.
The Judge was pissed that everytime he asked for something
from the court, he got the run around.now maybe he exceeded the basis of sanction, but
i he could easily have ordered “Dismissal of all interest and
penalties, stay of foreclosure, and give the couple 90 days
to seek new financing.”vacating the principal strikes me as extreme.
Perhaps he could apply all payments made since 2004,
and depending, that may have been enough there.the NY Post as usual is long on Drama, short on facts.

Sure if you don’t know a neighborhood they help but
if you do know it, the buyers agent only gets paid if you buy so they seek to work your emotionspatb
