Participant
So a pre-approval from a bank will in no way work? What about a Bank Rep working on your behalf. And our bubble-info friend types, work only with those people with 100% funds in the bank.?
Been wondering this for awhile…take it easy on the new guy ok? I’m just trying to get prepared for the coming months, with as much info as I can herd together.
Sorry for the slight thread jack.
nah you need a couple of cashiers checks and
i think they’ll let you do a personal check for a little amount say 10%, but, you should go attend a few auctions, ask the auctioneer what they do.it depends upon the state.
I think back in illinois you needed certified funds for 10% and you had 72 hours to get all funds to the title holder.
still way to short for any bank process.

Participantit matters intensely if you have a trade deficit.
If you pay your debts in your own currency, and
it’s accepted, you do fine.If you pay your debts in another currency, it’s a problem.
The British ran enormous debts but were paying in
Sterling, and that worked fine until 1947.
At that point, the British went into a 30 year spiral, and it could be argued they never got out of it.The Colonies ran enormous debts but were paying in Sterling and gold and the continental went into hyperinflation.
The Confederates were paying in Reb dollars and that
went bad leaving the south bankrupt for 100 years. If the chinese stop accepting dollar denominated debt we are screwed. If they want a higher rate
we have a real problem.
The japanese wanted higher rates in 1991 and it sure screwed up Bush Senior.patb

Participantinstead of sprinklers can you add a water retention
system?Dig some trenches and swales, fill with compost and
micro drains and then drought tolerant plants
plus add some rain barrels, it’s a huge impact.patb
