The matter is it’s Fraud.
If a transaction doesn’t match the HUD-1
to the penny it’s fraud.I went to buy my house, they had screwed up
and calculated property taxes off by one day.it was like 6 bucks, i offered to pay cash, they
freaked out and said “No go have a sandwich we will
fix it up here”.patb

it’s kind of dangerous to hook up anything
to the meter side power demand because it’s not
fused and it’s subject to massive surge.if you inductively couple the surge is bad.
if you are wired in direct you are looking at 35,000 amps instantaneous short current to protect against.
