ParticipantRustico: I think for the majority of owners you are correct, they will not sell unless they absolutely have to.
I am firmly in that category at the moment and I would say so are 80% or more of all owners.
You only loose $$ if you sell – there will be recovery, if for no other reason that our population is still growing.
