Participant
These kids, they’re dippy in the head! With their crazy notions….
This was satire, right?

ParticipantI was surprised to hear the Bank of America Chalker was acquitted.

ParticipantWell, at least New York is friendly compared to So Cal…

I grew up in Brooklyn. It was cramped and icky compared to temecula. I go back and the town smells like a giant toilet. Weird I hadn’t noticed when I was there
Since I’m a foodie, I guess I was thinking of all those great restaurants/eateries in NYC/Brooklyn.
I like to order Ravioli’s from Pastosa’s in Brooklyn; although I find the Ravioli (Seviroli Ravioli) from Costco on par with Pastosa’s.

Participant
thanks folks for reminding me why piggington sucks these days….

Come on flu…piggington has been getting better lately.
We need your stock advice, and with the economic collapse event horizon approaching piggington needs you more than ever!

Participant
Update #2:
Thanks for all the advice!
We are now in escrow!
So happy to get out of here and back to San Diego where we belong!
We’re all happy too!!
BTW, you never really lived in Temecula – Harveston is “No Mans Land”.
Not quite in Temecula, not quite in Murrieta.

I’m a big fan of NYC and a frequent visitor.
New York City: Nice place to visit, wouldn’t want to live there.
Does that pretty much sum it up?
I wouldn’t mind living in Brooklyn though.

ParticipantMaybe it’s a vast right-wing conspiracy doing all this damage to filner?
Oh I forgot, there is no right-wing in San Diego.
paramount
ParticipantI heard filner had issues with credit card use as well.
paramount
ParticipantScaredy that so called research was done in the UK thank you very much. Doesn’t apply in the US.
Definitely doesn’t apply to me, I’m a people person.
paramount
ParticipantYou sound surprised, don’t forget filner was put in office by public employee unions.
They spent millions getting filner elected.
I guarantee 90% or more of those defending filner are associated with public employee unions one way or another.

ParticipantIf there’s one thing I’ve noticed about a lot on piggs over the years is how out of touch with reality so many are – or maybe I’m too pragmatic.
Or maybe their reality is so much different from mine.
Since I got my 328 I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve heard haters say something like: BMW sucks, but, but…if I did drive one it would be a M3. And that’s it – a M3, period. 328 drivers are just posers.
Absolute idiots IMO (and no, I really don’t care what someone thinks about my 328).
Not unlike ctr70’s comment: Temecula sucks, murrieta sucks, everything sucks except where I am or where I can’t be.
I’m just happy to have a roof over my head, and maybe that mentality is why I am more or less poor.
From Ctr70: boring uninteresting people live in temecula, etc…what an ignorant trollish statement to make. What’s next, are you going to somehow draw a comparison between temecula and hitler?

Participant

So glad to have you back, scaredy! I’ve really missed your thoughtful posts.
I am already coming back a lot more since I saw scaredy. The site was so boring without TG, scaredy, flu and AN.
Yes, paramount still has the same insecure issue as when Temecula housing price was low. That’s nothing new. Scaredy on the other hand brings so much fun to the thread with his unique perspective.
You’re not going to cry, are you? Sorry, I obviously hurt your feelings somehow…

The new beach will be at Temecula where Paramount is at his back yard with an umbrella enjoying the cool breeze of the ocean. What’s better than that?
Actually, if I stand on my roof and use a pair of binos, I can see the ocean from my house already.
That’s gotta count for something.
