I would say a good percentage of Piggy’s go overboard in terms of how “low” it will go b/c most have a vested interest in a severe crash, and are thus biased.

ParticipantWe have covered the commute issue in the past, but I’ll provide my perspective as someone who has been commuting from Temecula to RB for (5) years.
It’s not awful, but the 56 would be my absolute southern limit.
It takes me anywhere from 35-45 minutes each way, I commute from Temecula Parkway (79 South) to Bernardo Center.
It helps to carpool which is what I do, so I only end up driving about once per week – saves me loads of $$.
I also think the commute will continue to improve with the work that’s being done from the 78 on down.
