    Listen, and listen good…

    Your 1st priority is to take care of your family – do what is best for your family within your means (and legal…) in this circumstance and you will be fine.

    No house is worth the stress your probably under.

    This is my 3 step plan for you given the stated goals above:

    1. Take care of yourself so you can take care of your family – and Start listening to Joel Osteen (google it) if you don’t already – it’s free.

    2. Consult with a foreclosure/financial counselor – most counties offer this service for free.

    3. Do not turn to this forum for help – your probably already beating yourself up enough already you don’t need anymore of that…

    Just a second TG…

    I think you left out at least one murder that took place recently in an apt. complex in Temecula (still no arrests as I recall), and also the young girl who was left to die on the streets just this past week. Overall there were 7 murders and 38 robberies in Temecula during 2007.

    I have lived in Temecula long enough to know when crime is on the rise – maybe recent crime is an anomaly, and then again maybe not…

    I think you left out at least one murder that took place recently in an apt. complex in Temecula (still no arrests as I recall), and also the young girl who was left to die on the streets just this past week. Overall there were 7 murders and 38 robberies in Temecula during 2007.

    Crime stats? I might have been able to provide some, but in the last 6 months I have lost count on the number of murders and robberies in Temecula.

    I think the title should be “Temecula down the drain”

    Housing prices crashing, crime in Temecula has become a real issue – I can no longer recommend Temecula to anyone.
