I suspect the gob’ment will come to the rescue and extend their bailout. In 2010 we may see 1/2 of the loans taken out from 2003-2007 will be the new FHA loans.
After reading even more, it looked like Russia used Enron tactics. lol…they still work.
Russians lost the cold war but they, and China are winning the bankrupt America war. lol. Beat us at our own game.
It dosn’t mean and end to the drop in prices, it just means things are leveling out. The key was to get back to 2003 prices.
