I sold a 875 sq foot 2/1 condo 1 block west of a freeway with no view but 6 blocks from beach to move into a sfr inland in a town where the schools are marginal and guess what? That 875 ft condo is worth about 50% more than my current main 2200 sq ft 4/3 sfr! It’s still location location location!
