ParticipantI’m finished forever on the free samples at Costco, after I was there the other day and watched the lady turn her head, sneeze into her plastic gloves, and return to playing with the food. And no there was no changing of the gloves. Yikes!

My husband who left there in 2000, went to Korea for a year and ended back here in 2001, and has lived at our present address for 6 years, just received a $900 past due registration bill for the last 7 years from VA!
Of course it was one of those threatenting type of letter, like they have been tring to contact him for years, (1st correspondence). They didn’t have a problem finding him now, must be in need of some extra cash.
The only thing they would take as proof of change was insurance, not registration or state lic. just insurance.
So we are not the only state that is goofed.ParticipantWell apparently the state of VA is not much better.

Don’t jump to any conculsion of my “muliti-cultural life experience” since you have NO idea what race/culture myself or my family are and/or live. You are way off on that one.Whether someone speaks english or not is not really the just of my post. I don’t care if one speaks 5 languages or one, I still find it hard to believe that so many people drive around in 50K+ vehicles, on the average wage in this town.
Yes,I see many “hard working english speaking, blue collar people” and I also see very young people of all races driving around in these types of vehicles, and again I am astonished that the average joe can REALLY afford them. Drive by the high school down the street, and they are parked everywhere.
That was my point!
