Yes Lionel, it is a land lease. I don’t know much about the place. I remember seeing some properties like this a few years back and spoke with my broker supervisor about them. He didn’t favor them. I think there are similiar deals on cabins on BLM land(bureau of land management). Sorry I don’t have more details.

Ever since I go that fortune cookie from Pick up Stix that read “you are delightful and entertaining” it has been slightly easier to be nice. I have thought about changing my screen name to “delightful and entertaining” but dinner was only fifteen minutes ago so I want to see if the fortune cookie magic is still with me in the morning before I do anything drastic. Anyway, if you see a new poster by the name of “delightful and entertaining”, that is me.
