ParticipantProbably more like a matter of 400k in months maybe even less and 600k total. I feel that in some relation to quantities of housing stock we might actually see the high end knock the low end down. I always felt there were too many rich folks houses. I think viable middle of the road buyers are going to get quite a gift from this bust.

Participantif you’re settling, not so fortunate.
I’ve seen settling and I think women historically have done it more than men.The other side is women and men that can’t be happy with anything. From my point of view settling and gratitude are mutually exclusive. Being “settled” can understandably create the need for a reminder now and then that one is not “settling”. That’s why these threads make me go show my best side to my wife.As I do love my wife and I am happy, I’d hate to have her feel like she is settling.
Marion it looks to me like you are trying to run interference between JP and Nost. Knock it off. Just let two people have a nice exchange, WTF is right.

ParticipantI have dated some including divoricees with kids and if it were not for fate might have embedded myself in with such a person. I remember you ,Allan from Fallbrook and me talking about what a reminder Marion’s first posts were to be grateful for our current situations. No offense or
one-upsmanship Marion, just meaning about this episode of your life and maybe your ex- husbands too. I am not making light of anyones pain or struggles or how they handle them. -
