ParticipantI can't figure out if schizo is a genuine but not very grounded future home buyer, or a real estate insider trying to boost the market.
I strongly suspect he was the latter. It was all typical cheerleader stuff. If not, he should prove it by posting the info on the home he claims he'll purchase in the next 30 days.

ParticipantIf I recall correctly stockstrader did mention some time ago that he went short on oil, with the ETF “DUG”. Anyhow, good luck on that. I thought that with a rate cut the price of oil would go up thus so would the ETF.
