newcomerParticipantSaw some comments on Andalucía – we rent there a couple of years ago. We love everything except for its price.
We never had any problem in parking. Every unit has its own two-car garage. For the newer townhome complex (built in 2002 or 2003), I guess you could not find more roomy garage. There are about 40~50 visitor parking lots if my memory serves me right. When they’re available, why would you have to park in your garage and not make more storage room for yourselves? There were also plenty of spaces available in CV middle school for overnight parking. We parked there one night or two during our one year leasing period.
The one we loved the most is its sound isolation. My kids made lot of noises when they learned to play piano and violin, but my next door neighbors did not even know it when we moved out. We were told there are actually two separate walls between you and your neighbor. The only negative thing we heard (from our landlord) was the home association officer charged over 5K telephone bill to HOA. Not sure if it’s common practice in the area. I guess they have too much home association funds to spendnewcomerParticipantSaw some comments on Andalucía – we rent there a couple of years ago. We love everything except for its price.

newcomerParticipantThe condo price in CV had been dropped 20 ~30% from the peak, and keeps going down even with decreasing inventory. With more supplies of SFH, what would you expect to see, Joe?
SDR, what is the active pending ratio for condos? -
