Viewing porn is not a hobby, collecting it might be. walterwhite check out the union tribune RPM section today, they have a story on wooden bikes. I too am in a malaise and should find a hobby I can be passionate about. I assert that a good hobby has to be active, not passive. In other words listening to music is a past time collecting it would be a hobby. I like boats but I don’t think I have the same love of them that I used to. I think a good hobby should be like a good relationship, it should grow and be more passionate with time.

When people divorce their standard of living usually goes down. Easier to maintain a single household than 2. You have many options, I just don’t see any good ones, unless you can go out and snag a replacement pronto.

It’s one of those damned if you do damned if you don’t things. If you keep the condo you won’t be able to afford it, ever hear of child support?, if you lose it in foreclosure you lose your down payment. So you are in the same boat as many people that bought around 2005, you’re boat is just sinking a little faster. If you think the inlaws will give in, in the interest of the child, then you can try that tactic. Otherwise stop paying everyone and wait until the eviction. Believe it or not you can rent cheaper than your mortgage would be on the condo.

moneymakerParticipantMaybe you will be lucky and an investor will buy it and you can rent it from them, that would be a win-win assuming you have the means to pay.
