ParticipantI am working on building my net worth in fiat US dollars, lol. Anyways maybe if I am able to save up enough federal reserve tokens I can buy a place in Pacific Beach or UTC area. Both close to business and pleasure.

Even if it is like 3 miles to 20 miles from the beach it is still super expensive. Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Encinitas, Del Mar, La Jolla, and Carlsbad cost a fortune for a small SFH still and wonder if these prices will drop at all. Or if stupid rich people will continue to overpay for coastal property like they already do for expensive luxury cars.

Was only movie that I waited in line to see. Learned my lesson that time. Now I wait at least 2-3 weeks until the demand drops and the crowds have already seen the movie then go early weekday when have time off to see it.
