It doesn’t help your position to perpetuate not only fallacies but outright lies.
Illegals all get excellent healthcare right now…all they have to do is show up to an emergency room. And since they will never be able to pay for the care (and even if they could how can you track someone down who is here under the radar) you and I get to pay for it–at least I do..I actually buy my own health insurance.

So far, all we hear from the party of NO…
More talking point garbage. Pretty soon you’ll start sprinkling perjoratives like “rethugs”, “wingnuts”, “teabaggers” in your posts like a good little liberal.
There are plenty of conservatives that have ideas for health care reform. However, you aren’t going to hear a whole lot about it unless you go somewhere besides HuffPo.
Everyone agrees that there is a crisis and we need to do something about it. We just don’t agree on what. However “our way or the highway”, which is the position of most of the Democrats in congress, is not going to elicit alot of bipartisan support for the crap they are pushing.
Frankly, I don’t want a government bureaucracy, like the ones that run the DMV, the USPS and FEMA running healthcare in this country.
I’m looking forward to November..

Conservatives don’t want to say it… but they really want the system to reject ill patients who show up at the emergency room without the ability to pay.
I’m a conservative and I don’t feel this way at all. But good job spouting more progressive jibberish. You seem very adept at regurgitating liberal talking points. Do you have any of your own thoughts?

ParticipantIf he’d have been brought to a hospital in Mexico in an emergency, the hospital would have demanded proof of insurance or his ability to pay before they even began treating him since he’s not a citizen. This happens all the time to US visitors who have been in serious automobile accidents in Mexico, often with tragic results.
