ParticipantWell, one house looks great and appears to have been landscaped as well. The other has a dirt yard so you can only imagine what the rest of the house looks like. Maybe not $200k worth of a difference but clearly worth more. OTOH, there are homes in carmel valley for under a million now that put both of these to shame.

ParticipantThis is odd because a couple sites I checked today show rates higher requiring more points to buy down than yesterday or any previous day.
