Seems original owned, no history of other sale

No short sale… kind of….??

I personally think it’s the psychology. People, the ones i know at least, changes priorities constantly…and home buying,moving etc…is an obvious indication.

I do not think this is a great deal…. I just want to try if i can get it @ around $350K to $400K, I just need to know if theres any addendums..etc…. that i need to be aware of before i proceed and what are the steps should i do this by myself.Thanks

Did they think that will be their retirement home?
What are these people thinking???? I quess everytime they look outside their condo will be worth $1000, they will be eating years and years of tortillas… SAD!
