The price being 2.5X’s what anyone’s home is worth. Therefore, it also shows a graph of falling values over the next 3 years on our street when in reality it is the opposite (I am in a small town in upstate NY and we have not had negative hits to home prices … yet). As far as I know, there is nothing I can do about their inaccuracies on our property.
