Im sure these schmoes think its PERFECTLY "fair" that they triple their money in 3 yrs though…..Im going to enjoy this meltdown, most of these new homeowner clowns in this country believe that you can get something for nothing…..NEWS FLASH COMING….

Futures market will get slaughtered, gas will go down, thank the stars that Asia doesn't have a "futures" market….yet …a lot of pain in the south pacific coming…riots and all…people dont like to be wiped out

ParticipantMe. retired early from primary occupation, with full private pension, small business, 1 employee (me) and 2 telephone lines….. wife, private practice ….Many times over median income…Currently renting in La Jolla for 3,500 per mo. Sold off all property back in 03…..Circling like a buzzard waiting….waiting….Not sure if we will ever get back into the ownership game again…It would have to be pretty compelling, tax incentive is not enough of a reason…Taxable income exposure is minimal

ParticipantParticipantParticipantIf a person is trying to figure out why and how FAR real estate will decline, then the "Blame Game" is a NECESSARY part of it, how else can you formulate an opinion or speculate on the future if you do not know "why" it did what it did for the last 5 years to begin with ?
Same goes for the "Morality" of why it did what it did……
The religious part of it I can completely understand, so maybe just stick with leaving out the "religious" part of your "notes to post requirement"……
