This would correct for the marketing mix of homes being sold and give us a better idea of % declines in housing Year over Year (YOY). That, along with TOTAL SALES VOLUME (TSV) from June 07 to June 08 would paint a clearer picture of current market TRENDS.
If so, chime in and get this ball rolling….
