What will 2M buy in 2010? I think there is alot more pain ahead. Banking and credit crisis are probably in the 3rd inning, with the heart of the order (Alt-A, Prime) coming up next.

The snake has swallowed subprime and is now working on Alt-A. After devouring Alt-A, Prime will be next. I’m afraid we are only 1/3 through this mess. Stage 2 and 3 will affect the higher end markets just as bad, if not worse. The condo numbers for La Jolla are extremely troubling, as units are easier to compare.
Summer selling season is drawing to a close and the loan resets are barely starting in Alt-A. Market trends make this Fall appear downright ugly.

latesummer2008ParticipantSmaller Houses do sell for more per sq ft. I still would be interested in the La Jolla per sq ft #s for June 2007. With prices having dropped, I would think the price per sq ft would be higher. I believe PPSFT gives you a better idea than the median sales or average price which can be highly skewed.
Curious what that La Jolla June 07 PPSFT number is. Anyone have it?
