The Dept. of Health will not put “Honolulu, Hawaii ” as the location of birth unless it is true.

In these cases, they would report the actual location of the birth, for a non Hawaii birth.

They do not assign Honolulu as a default birth location. This is honestly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
