ParticipantJust a remind for those who wait for 4/30 when the federal tax credit of 8000 expires….I thought that starting in May California is going give 10,000 tax credit?
At least in the coming months, they still have this huge incentives!
I think either 8000 or 10000 is more of an incentive to buy but when they disappear, it won’t be good enough reason for people not to buy.

ParticipantMany people tend to underestimate Chula Vista and I believe they really don’t know what they miss.
It’s a great place if you do some searching.
In many aspects.

Participant1. There is no perfect house. If you imagined that you could comfortably live in there, that’s great!
2. Money should not be as important to you at this point. I say your and your family quality of life would be more important and would make bigger difference for you. Forget about the low monthly payment.
3. Waiting more will just make your wife more anxious and sad. Why don’t you just give her a hot kiss and say, hey baby I made up my mind and we will buy the darn house because I want to buy it for you and if my decision turn out to be wrong later I am ready for you to blame me forever I won’t mind because I do everything for you to make you happy baby….etc..
4. After you bought the house, you will come to love it. Like getting to know a lover, you get to know your lover slowly and then be surprised of the many hidden beauty (your mind will automatically work to find out all the good things about your house) and you will be joyful and think that you are a really smart person to have picked the perfect home (perfection exists after you own the home).
5. Afterward, your wife will go out and do shopping spree and you will argue with her on what color to paint, what to buy, what not to buy….etc (be careful at this point, divorce is not an option!)
Good luck.
