Participantfunny coincidence, I just returned from Mexico City, was there for the long weekend.
Benito Juarez airport is quite modern, nothing to worry about. Not sure about activities for children.
I flew Mexicana airlines and the service was MUCH better than any domestic US airline, sorry to say.
Not sure about Aeromexico but Mexicana departed from Tom Bradley International Terminal. The signs should be clearly marked for the airline.
Enjoy Cancun, it’s a pretty nice place..especially the Nichupte Lagoon at night!

Participant+300pts? Never expected that!! Even when all the economic news is miserable the optimism of the market fueled by Wall St. greed amazes me. Guess these traders are still in denial.

ParticipantI’m starting to wonder if we’ll hit zero in the next couple of years – ala Japan.
If we do hit zero with deflation concerns, – doesn’t that pretty much make the Fed out of the picture with no decisions to make ?
Perhaps after they hit zero they will start issuing the lower income people who pay no taxes rebate checks (free money) so that we can subsidize idiotic spending some more that way…take money from the people who make it and give it to the bums who have no income and are more likely to blow it away.
